Requirements

All participants are responsible for having a valid passport and obtaining a visa, if required.

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

All cancellation or reschedule requests must be submitted to gestion@dlcirugiaoral.com. Please note that all deposits and reservation fees are non-refundable.

Any request to reschedule will be subject to availability and must be approved by DL Oral Surgery.

Refunds

If a course is cancelled by DL Oral Surgery, participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the course.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course for any reason. DL Oral Surgery is not responsible for non-refundable airline tickets, accommodation, transportation, or any other associated costs resulting from a course cancellation or rescheduling.

Travel and Transportation Costs

Lunch and snack breaks are included in the course.

All materials required for the hands-on training are included in the course.

Travel, accommodation, airport transfers, and ground transportation are not included in the course fee. DL Oral Surgery is not responsible for reimbursing travel expenses, airline cancellation or rescheduling fees, accommodation costs, or any other associated expenses, regardless of who cancels or reschedules the participant’s travel arrangements.
